Um informante da polícia enviou uma carta contendo informações sigilosas sobre a operação ilegal de drogas para o seu amigo, Yi-Ching. Durante suas férias na Tailândia, o informante é assassinado por capangas do traficante e para encobrir o seu funcionamento, eles tentam eliminar Yi-Ching e o agente duplo Lau. De volta em Hong Kong, os detetives Muscles e Ricky Fung são designados para proteger Lau e Barbara Woo é designada para proteger Yi-Ching.
Fong and Angie were close friends when they were in school but departed after graduation. Fong continued her further education in a training center. Angie worked in a studio and had a crush on a guy classmate Cheung, who was also attracted to Angie. Though Angie had feeling on Cheung, but she found out about Fong's infatuation so refused to date Cheung. One night, Angie was particularly low in spirits, she went to see Cheung at the club where he sang. She ended up sleeping with him. Stricken by a guilty conscience, Angie refused to see Cheung again. Fong found that Cheung didn't like him so she dedicated herself into course. At the graduation performance, Fong invited Angie to go but Angle didn't show up. Fong kept calling Angie and eventually she got through and found out that Angie had drown in the swimming pool.

King Kong, a clever thief who steals a cache of diamonds from some gangsters, frames another thief called White Glove for the crime. That's when the bald detective Albert Au, who has been chasing King Kong for quite some time, pairs with the volatile female Superintendent Ho to bring him to justice. King Kong ends up joining the good guys to defeat White Glove and another bad guy dubbed Mad Max, and recover the diamonds from the hiding place where they were left by King Kong's dead accomplice.
