But when the time comes for them to return home, the political conditions on the continent have worsened and they can no longer return to their families. In Norway, an orphanage is established to look after these effectively homeless children, one of whom is director Nina Grünfeld’s father.

Boogie With You
Cinematography
A young man ends up in the living room of a middle-aged woman whom he has met at a bar after closing. The very drunk woman gives an incoherent speech on feminism, Norwegian oil and global solidarity. She does not offend the Norwegian-ethnic man when she points out their common destiny as the oppressed where she is a woman and he is black.
