Anos após presenciar o assassinato de seus pais pelo perverso Febre, o jovem D'Artagnan retorna à sua cidade natal com dois objetivos em mente: entrar para a guarda de elite dos Mosqueteiros do rei e vingar-se da morte de seus pais, reencontrando Febre. Logo D'Artagnan descobre que os Mosqueteiros estão desmantelados, com seu capitão estando preso em Paris por um crime que ele não cometeu. Com a ajuda de Athos, Porthos, Aramis e ainda da criada Francesca, D'Artagnan parte então em sua cruzada para reerguer os Mosqueteiros, reencontrar Febre e ainda salvar a Rainha da França das conspirações do Cardel Richelieu.
