Na quinta de criação de galinhas do casal Tweedy, situada algures em Inglaterra, a corajosa e persistente galinha Ginger procura conduzir as restantes companheiras de cativeiro a uma fuga organizada. Todavia, as tentativas de evasão resultam sempre em fracasso até surgir na quinta um galo americano e bem-falante chamado Rocky.

Em uma das vezes que sai para lavar janelas, Wallace se apaixona pela comerciante Wendolene. Enquanto isso, Gromit é preso por martar ovelhas. Com a ajuda de uma ovelha e de Wendolene, Wallace quer arrumar um jeito de tirá-lo da prisão.

The hand of God fashions Adam out of the clay of Earth and places him on a small and empty planet. Each of Adam's actions - at first he can't stand up, then he barks like a dog, then he sleeps - requires God's intervention. After Adam discovers how small the planet is, how little there is to do, and God's unwillingness to let him leave the Earth, he is depressed, lonely and disconsolate. So God asks Adam's patience for a few minutes while He fashions a companion for Adam. Adam is delighted: he dons a bow tie, uses mouthwash, and finds a bouquet of flowers. Is God thinking what Adam is thinking?
Costume Design
A graphic interpretation of a man's fascination with weaponry and the sexual power of military aggression, via the story of the Grim Reaper acquiring additional weaponry after undergoing a sex change. Using a combination of live action, laser xerography, hand rendering, and model animation, the film is a companion piece to another Anderson / Hoban collaboration, Door, collectively entitled Deadtime Stories For Big Folk.
