Arthur Lubin (25 de julho de 1898 - 12 de maio de 1995) foi um diretor e produtor americano que dirigiu vários filmes de Abbott & Costello e criou a série de TV Mr. Ed. Arthur Lubin nasceu em Los Angeles, Califórnia em 1898. Lubin criou seu próprio estúdio de cinema e música, Lubin Studios, na década de 1920, onde atuou em filmes mudos na segunda metade da década. Lubin dirigiu os filmes de Abbott e Costello Buck Privates (1941), In the Navy (1941), Hold That Ghost (1941), Keep 'Em Flying (1942) e Ride' Em Cowboy (1942). Seu filme de maior sucesso de bilheteria foi provavelmente O Fantasma da Ópera (1943). Outro pode ser Rhubarb (1951) sobre um gato que herda um time de beisebol por procuração.
