Production Manager
Akiko é uma jovem que sai do interior do Japão para estudar em Tóquio, e que para sobreviver na cidade grande tem uma vida dupla: hora é uma universitária e namorada do mecânico Noriaki; hora é uma prostituta de uma agência que envia jovens para a casa dos clientes. Numa noite em que Akiko precisa fugir ao mesmo tempo do trabalho e do namorado para ver a avó seu chefe é duro e a manda para a casa de um cliente especial.

A young man writes a novel about his forbidden love with his sister, who works overtime in the office on a holiday. Based on the manga of the same name by Naoki Yamamoto, and covering the manga's inspiration source, Juro Kara's "Anjuko's Shoes" and Ogai Mori's "Sansho Dayu".
Production Manager
A visual documentary of Einstürzende Neubauten, the German underground band, by Japanese cult director Sogo Ishii, made during their 1985 tour of Japan. The band makes an elaborate and remarkably choreographed appearance in the ruins of an old ironworks which was scheduled for demolition; footage of same was incorporated into the movie and a brief appearance on stage.
