Electrician
Jeff Matthews (Edward Furlong) é filho de Renee Halow (Darlanne Fluegel), uma atriz de filme de terror que morreu acidentalmente durante uma filmagem, quando recebeu um enorme choque elétrico. Jeff se muda com Chase Matthews (Anthony Edwards), seu pai, um veterinário, para o campo e lá faz amizade com Drew Gilbert (Jason McGuire), um tímido garoto que é maltratado por Gus Gilbert (Clancy Brown), seu padrasto, que é o xerife local. Henelotter ups the ante in the final part of his trilogy by introducing a new member to the family: the potentially monstrous fruit of hideously deformed Belial's loins. With the pair still enjoying relative anonymity and comfort in their new found home (presided over by Granny Roth), things however take a downward turn on a trip to the Georgia Clinic of Uncle Hal, which leads to an encounter with an especially nasty redneck sheriff and his similarly blinkered band of merry men.

Twisted tale about a crazy, preaching redneck named Jake who kidnaps people off the highway and performs sick medical experiments on them. He then proceeds to sell their organs on the black market to Mr. Stone. Everything is fine until he kidnaps the handicapped April and finds that she is harder to control than the others.
