В центре истории — успешный адвокат, который приезжает в родной город на похороны матери и узнаёт, что его отца, городского судью, подозревают в убийстве. Герой решает задержаться, чтобы выяснить правду, и постепенно лучше узнаёт родственников, с которыми давно вообще никак не общался.

Фильм повествует об офицере, чей сын-солдат немотивированно отправляется в самоволку вскоре после возвращения в Штаты из Ирака, и исчезает без следа. Местный полицейский детектив берется помочь офицеру в расследовании...

История молодой матери Сандры, сбежавший от агрессивного мужа и столкнувшейся с тем, что ей негде жить. Сандра начинает строить собственный дом и в процессе перестраивает жизнь и заново открывает себя.

Действие картины разворачивается во время войны в Персидском заливе. Морской пехотинец Энтони Суоффорд - потомственный военный. После курса подготовки в специальном лагере его отправляют на Ближний Восток, где идут военные действия. Со снайперской винтовкой в руках и с тяжелым рюкзаком за плечами ему предстоит проделать нелегкий путь по пустыне, где нет спасения от невыносимой жары и иракских солдат, которые в любую минуту могут появиться на горизонте. Суоффорд и его друзья-однополчане делают все возможное, чтобы поддержать друг друга в этой сложной обстановке. Чувствуя себя совершенно чужими в этой стране, они вынуждены сражаться с невидимым врагом за неведомые им идеалы...

A young woman's elderly husband dies and leaves her $5 million. She travels to Paris and becomes part of the "Continental" set and is pursued by a rich playboy and a lawyer who works for her.

Zawinul is onstage with the WDR Big Band from Germany and a special international rhythm section. The music is a tribute to the pioneering 1970s fusion collective Weather Report, originally with Wayne Shorter on sax, Zawinul on keys, and later Jaco Pastorius on bass (among other personnel). Zawinul and the WDR play "Brown Street" and "Carnavalito." Arranger Vince Mendoza re-imagines this colorful, small-group music for Europe's longest-lived jazz orchestra. And they can play!

He may not have broken dramatic new ground in the same way as his musical colleagues Liszt and Wagner, who invented new genres. Instead, his innovations took place at the mircro-level – within music’s inner palm. In this respect Brahms was far ahead of his time – and this fact explains what half a century later Arnold Schoenberg regards him as “progressive” and was referring to him for his own compositional theory.

Walt Disney World's 25th Anniversary "Witching You Were Here" is a TV Special in 1996. Staring Caroline Rea and his Two Kids of 1971, and he traveling back to the year in Walt Disney World, and discovery of History 1965 until 1996.

The series tells about a hundred years of Polish history from the point of view of women, the eponymous maids and widows. The action of the series begins in 1863 and ends in the early 1990s. The TV viewer follows the story of five ladies who came from a wealthy landowning family with a telling name - Lechickie.

This film came out of nowhere, and very early in its brief making became, for me, a crystallization of all the confusion and amazement I feel about the creative process. Poof, it’s there (and poof, it’s gone). (Mark Toscano)

When Guillaume Valmont dies in a car accident, the only thing he leaves his wife Isabelle is his pharmacy. She never loved her older husband and she regards his death as a deliverance. At the funeral, she meets Judith, widow too, and she soon realises that her husband had been leading a double life. A short while later, the pharmacy is broken into, but nothing is stolen. Police Inspector Laforêt is put in charge of the case. Isabelle becomes suspicious when Judith offers to buy the pharmacy.
