Семейство циркачей лишается своего цирка. После того, как их шапито сгорел, они отправляются на родину, чтобы там построить новый цирк. Но на родине их ждёт холодный приём, и в результате они оказываются на улице. Дабы хоть как-то зарабатывать на жизнь, циркачи-мужчины устраиваются работать на завод, где наживают себе неприятности в лице иностранцев, продающих опиум. Время от времени за циркачей приходится заступаться местному капитану полиции, по уши влюблённому в воздушную гимнастку.
Screenplay
The story revolves around the greedy nephew of a crime lord, who has his uncle bumped off so that he can take over the business. There are several silly plot threads which include his wish to also bump off the stepson of his dead uncle, and eliminate the assassins he hired (in order to tie up loose ends). Meanwhile, a cop is out to arrest any or all of the bad guys.
Screenplay
Fung and Pan, two policewomen, are assigned to protect a gangster's mistress turned police informant. Her lover orders her assassination, but the attempt fails. In a desperate bid to prevent her going to court, he threatens to kill Pan's stepfather. Pan has no choice but to leave the police force in order to protect her family and seek her revenge.
