This short film centers around a debate between three important activist artists: Haskell Wexler - legendary cinematographer and filmmaker, Hubert Sauper - award winning documentarian, and Susan Meiselas - world renowned photojournalist. What’s truth? Is it truth, fact or fiction? Who tells the story? Whose story is it? Interspersed with their films and photographs.

Filmmaker Joan Churchill, who is being honored this year with DOC NYC’s Lifetime Achievement Award, collaborates with Alan Barker on this personal portrait of legendary filmmakers Haskell Wexler, D.A. As a memorial to George Harrison on the first anniversary of his passing, The Concert for George was held at the Royal Albert Hall in London on 29 November 2002 . Organized by Harrison's widow, Olivia, and son, Dhani, and arranged under the musical direction of Eric Clapton and Jeff Lynne. A benefit for Harrison's Material World Charitable Foundation, the all-star concert took place on the day of the first anniversary of his death. Throughout the film, Broomfield includes footage of his testimony at Wuornos' trial.
