The series follows Kazuma Kujo, who recently joined an entertainment company as a manager at the age of 50. He was assigned to idol Reimi Watanabe (played by Hinatazaka46's Miho Watanabe), who one day decided to fulfill her dream to become an actress by auditioning to a popular drama. But there are some issues as a mysterious group known as Grim Reapers are after Reimi's life. Can this middle-aged manager with a declining stamina protect his talent from those harming her? Can Reimi pass her auditions? Also, what is Kujo's true identity and why he chose this job?

Sequel to HE-LOW (2018)

A young Kamen Rider fan is granted his wish of seeing Riders in person, initiating the ultimate Japanese superhero crossover meta film. The third and final installment of the Heisei Generations series finds Kamen Rider Zi-O and Kamen Rider Build joining forces with all of the other Heisei Generation Riders to reverse the damages of an evil Time Jacker named Tid, and save their legacy. The evil organization Shocker alters history by sending their newest creation, Kamen Rider 3, to defeat Kamen Riders 1 and 2 back in 1973. In the alternate present, Shocker is more powerful than ever, and most of the Kamen Riders are now either imprisoned or brainwashed to work for them. One such brainwashed Rider is Shinnosuke Tomari who thanks to his partner Kiriko Shijima, remembers the truth and joins forces with the remaining Kamen Riders who are still at large to make a stand against Shocker and put history back on its proper course.

Morishita, who came to Tokyo from Akita, made her debut as an AV actress at the age of 18, and quickly became so popular that she was called an AV queen. After retiring from AV after 10 years of activity and publishing an autobiographical book, she made a movie based on it. Morishita looked back at the time in the process of making the script, but due to prejudice against the profession of an AV actress, the content of the script goes in an unexpected direction. Meanwhile, Morishita reunites with her hated father for the first time since moving to Tokyo.

Kazumi is a successful music composer in Tokyo. He receives a telephone call from his mother and is told about his former teacher's death. Getting on to a train to attend the funeral, Kazumi’s thoughts wonder back to his youth.

Four years after an alternate ending to the series, in which Blade seals the Joker, the characters have moved on with their lives: Kenzaki is a garbage man, Mutsuki has graduated high school, and Kotarō has published a book about the Kamen Riders to great success. The Undead have been re-released, and a new trio of Kamen Riders—Glaive, Larc and Lance—have emerged from BOARD, now led by Tachibana. After recapturing two of the Category Aces, Kenzaki and Mutsuki join with the new Riders. When all the Undead are sealed once more, Glaive reveals himself to be the Albino Joker, a white version of the original Joker, and captures Kotarō's niece to obtain the ultimate power, sealing her in the Vanity Card. In order to free Amane from the card, Hajime is unsealed from the Joker Card and the four Riders are again united, intent on saving Amane and stopping the Albino Joker.

A Trial-series cyborg pretends to be Kenzaki (Kamen Rider Blade), who quickly discovers the fraud and fights him. During their battle, the other Riders bicker humorously about which Blade is the fake, which constantly results in their attacking the real Kenzaki. As with all Hyper Battle Videos, this serves to explain in detail the Rider's various powers and abilities.
