The series follows Kazuma Kujo, who recently joined an entertainment company as a manager at the age of 50. He was assigned to idol Reimi Watanabe (played by Hinatazaka46's Miho Watanabe), who one day decided to fulfill her dream to become an actress by auditioning to a popular drama. But there are some issues as a mysterious group known as Grim Reapers are after Reimi's life. Can this middle-aged manager with a declining stamina protect his talent from those harming her? Can Reimi pass her auditions? Also, what is Kujo's true identity and why he chose this job?

The evil organization Shocker alters history by sending their newest creation, Kamen Rider 3, to defeat Kamen Riders 1 and 2 back in 1973. In the alternate present, Shocker is more powerful than ever, and most of the Kamen Riders are now either imprisoned or brainwashed to work for them. One such brainwashed Rider is Shinnosuke Tomari who thanks to his partner Kiriko Shijima, remembers the truth and joins forces with the remaining Kamen Riders who are still at large to make a stand against Shocker and put history back on its proper course.

Morishita, who came to Tokyo from Akita, made her debut as an AV actress at the age of 18, and quickly became so popular that she was called an AV queen. After retiring from AV after 10 years of activity and publishing an autobiographical book, she made a movie based on it. Two of the greatest names in the world of Japanese Action Cinema are reunited in the latest film from Japan's action maestro, Kenji Tanigaki. One is "the streetfighter" himself Sonny J.J. 생명체의 시조적 존재인 불사의 생명체 '언데드'들은 자신들의 종을 위한 싸움을 넓혀나가며, 인류에게마저 큰피해가 생기기 시작했다. 이것을 막기 위해 인류 기반사 연구소, 약칭 'BOARD'가 만들어낸 전사 '가면라이더'는 언데드들을 하나씩 봉인해나갔다. 이윽고 수많은 언데드들이 봉인되었고, 최후에 남은 것은 자신을 '아이카와 하지메'라는 이름의 인간이라고 주장하는 죠커, 또다른 이름 '가면라이더 카리스' 뿐이었다. '가면라이더 블레이드' 켄자키 카즈마는 하지메와의 사투 끝에 봉인에 성공, 긴 싸움은 끝이 났다. 그로부터 4년 후인 2008년. 환경미화원으로 일하는 중인 켄자키 앞에 가면라이더와 언데드의 싸움을 기록한 책을 출판해 큰 돈을 벌어들인 옛 동료 시라이 코타로가 나타난다. 코타로의 초대에 응하여 코타로의 조카인 아마네의 생일파티에 나간 카즈마는 과거의 동료들과 재회하게 된다. 즐거운 시간을 보내는 것도 잠시, 켄자키의 앞에 봉인 되었던 언데드들이 갑자기 나타난다. 맨몸으로 언데드에게 덤벼보는 카즈마, 하지만 언데드를 이겨내는 것은 불가능하다. 그때, 3명의 정체불명의 가면라이더들이 나타나 순식간에 언데드들을 봉인해버린다. 그 3명의 가면라이더를 지휘하고 있던 것은 과거의 동료 타치바나 사쿠야. 언데드 봉인 직후 나타난 수수께끼의 존재 '알비노 조커'가 언데드들의 봉인을 모두 풀고 있으며 그것을 막기위해 신세대 라이더 3인을 만들어내었다고 한다. 그들은 켄자키와 무츠키에게 "당신들의 세계는 끝났어."라는 말을 남기고 떠난다.

A Trial-series cyborg pretends to be Kenzaki (Kamen Rider Blade), who quickly discovers the fraud and fights him. During their battle, the other Riders bicker humorously about which Blade is the fake, which constantly results in their attacking the real Kenzaki. As with all Hyper Battle Videos, this serves to explain in detail the Rider's various powers and abilities.
