시놉시스
가면라이더를 사랑해주신 당신에게. 토키와 소고와 키류 센토의 세계에 이변이 일어났다. 마치 딴사람으로 바뀐거처럼 동료들이 서서히 기억을 잃어가는 것이었다. 거기다 두 사람 앞에 나타난 슈퍼 타임재커 티드. 그는 어나더 덴오와 어나더 W이라는 강력한 부하를 내세워 1명의 소년, 신고를 추적하고 있었다. 신고를 지키려는 싸움속에서 소고는 가면라이더를 좋아하는 청년 아타루와 만난다. 한편, 티드에게 혼자 도전한 센토는 세뇌당해 조종당하고... 강대한 적을 앞에두고 신고를 구하려한 소고 일행이었지만 그러던중 아타루가 어느 고백을 한다. 1968년, 소년 태드(Young Thad Beaumont: 패트릭 브라난 분)는 어느 날 수많은 새떼가 날아오는 환상을 보고 두통으로 쓰러진다. 그런 일이 반복되자 태드는 뇌수술을 받게 되고, 의사는 태드의 머리 속에서 눈알 하나, 비강 일부, 치아 두 개를 발견한다. 의사는 그것이 태드의 쌍둥이로 수태되었다가 태드의 몸 속에 흡수되어 죽어버린 또 다른 태아의 흔적이라고 결론짓는다. 23년 후, 영문학 교수이자 소설가로 성장한 태드(Thad Beaumont / George Stark: 티모시 허튼 분)는 조지 스타크(George Stark)라는 가명으로 통속 소설을 발표, 베스트셀러 작가가 되지만 본명으로 발표한 순수 문학 작품은 독자들의 반응을 얻지 못한다. 그때 협잡꾼 클로슨(Fred Clawson: 로버트 조이 분)이 나타나 가명 사용의 비밀을 신문에 공개하겠다며 돈을 요구한다. 태드는 고민 끝에 유령 작가의 이름으로는 더이상 글을 쓰지 않기로 결심하고, 가명으로 소설을 발표해온 사실을 신문에 공개한다. 그런데 그때부터 태드의 결정에 직간접으로 관계했던 사람들이 차례로 살해되기 시작하고, 경찰은 태드를 범인으로 의심하는데...

항상 남루한 복장과 매일 같은 국수로 끼니를 때우는 마사루의 하루 생활은 구차하기 짝이 없지만 전기충격을 받으면 거대한 슈퍼 히어로로 변신, 악당을 물리치는 임무가 주어진다. 이런 슈퍼 히어로의 임무가 끝나면, 그는 바로 아무도 알아주지 않는 일상으로 다시 돌아간다.
