Kuttiyettan (Manikandan Pattambi) who works in a bank writes letters to those in power to see to it that justice is served to the needy. His wife allows him to do as he wishes and continues to be patient.

Both Sreenivasan and Siddique are in love with their uncles daughter.But he will only let Siddique marry her since he is a doctor and has money. So Sreenivasan leaves town for a while and comes back later pretending to be a swami who can heal any sickness. He tries winning his uncle over and at the same time sabotage Siddique's doctor reputation, leading to many hilarious situations.

Unfortunately the Itichen finds out the truth about the family and confronts them. He makes Georgekutty and his family agrees to certain terms for the wedding to take place including that Georgekutty and his wife have to stay in their house with them. After the wedding Georgekutty sees that he and visiting family and friends are disrespected and that he is controlled and held like a prisoner at Itechan's house. Georgekutty comes up with a plan to get back at his father in law which forms rest of the movie.
