The city of Maribor before the Second World War, and Maribor after its liberation mark the period in which the film Cafe Astoria is set. The story relates with a gentle melancholy and a slight irony the lives of a middle-class family: the cafe owner, his wife and their son. Through their individual destinies we become acquainted with the social and historical background of a by-gone era; the social and national differences of pre-war Maribor, divisions among the wealthy and poor, and nationally minded Slovenes and fanatic Germanophils. The first year after the war introduced the absurd characteristic cruel measures of the so-called revolutionary social transformations in which calamity and coincidence intervene, resulting in events of comic nature, of course, as seen from a safe distance of fifty years.

The movie based upon the classical Slovene novel Martin Kačur, depicts the clash between the teacher Martin Kačur and his conservative environment. Due to his progressive ideas, he is transferred to a small town. The village environment is even more depressing than his former surroundings were, as the influence of both the secular and the Church authorities is even greater in the country. Even though Martin meets Tončka and the two of them get married, he gradually becomes a disillusioned and embittered man. In time, when society's strictures become somewhat milder, Martin is transferred to a more friendly environment, but all the injustices he has experienced have already bitten too deep. Unlike his wife, Martin finds it very difficult to accept changes. When his son dies, it seems as though he has lost all his elan and the will to live. Will he be able to go on bringing the light of knowledge to the ignorant masses, or will his ideals be buried forever like a man in a snowdrift?

"Maiden Bridge" is a place of exchange of German prisoners and partisans captured by the Germans. Unit with nine captured Germans is marching towards the bridge. there is double trouble for partisans, since they are surrounded by the hostiles and also going directly into the hands of ruthless enemy leaders.

The story begins in 1941 and shows one of the people who which were actually, very brave and proudly fought against the Ustasha, Germans and other butchers, not related to that ideology was tied. The film is about Dr. Mladen Stojanovic legend of Kozara and Krajina, great man, humanist, friend, and finally the commander one of a the proud partisan detachment, which is that area brought for a moment bring much desired freedom.

An authentic story from those days was taken as the film's basis.

In a small seaside town in the middle of tourist season, an old eccentric, Ugo Bonacic, is murdered. The homicide inspector leads the investigation, which directs him to a strange foreigner dressed in white, who came to town with an American diving representation. During the investigation, he finds out that old Ugo had a copy of one Titian paintings, for which unusual legend is bind. Finally, a new version of an old Titian painting legend is cleared up.

A girl from passive area comes to work in Vojvodina's fertile lowlands, along with a group of peasants for a seasonal work. After visiting a city nearby, she finds more about modern life and starts romance with a local fella. Her furious fiancée she had left behind comes to find her.

Two boys are on an unplanned vacation by foot. They meet a girl who has nothing but a bikini under her coat. She says her cloths were stolen while she was bathing. She joins their company. They steel cloths for her. There is a little kissing with both but nothing that could make the other jealous. During most of the movie they enjoy minor pleasures. But occasionally when the girl is alone she has attacks of very painful emotions. In the end it turns out that she is a former child-prisoner of a German KZ-lager, who had run away from a mental hospital in bikini and coat. Some of the staff were searching for her. But when she sees them she commits suicide.

Вторым узником загона для смертников становится французский еврей Давид Штейн, которому обещана жизнь, если он сумеет убить немца.

A retired tram driver tries to find his daughter named Ana whom he lost in the Second World War.

Simon is a young man who has decided to make quick money by smuggling narcotics. At a meeting with his contact they are ambushed by the police. Simon runs away but loses his wallet and so supposes that his identity must now be known to the police. Kalpak, the unscrupulous man who organizes this group of smugglers insists that he and Simon to leave at once. Simon agrees to cross the border illegally. Simon's girl-friend Lena and his brother Cvetko are involved in this operation by chance. They all leave together. Lena tries to persuade Simon to give himself up to the authorities, but the arguments of Kalpak, who uses the lost wallet as a threat, are stronger. In the attempt to cross the lake in a stolen boat they are chased by the police. Kalpak gets killed, Simon is wounded and the girl Lena drops the narcotics into the lake.

With a single, basic plot theme, this well-wrought drama of ultimate tragedy engages the viewer and gives pause for reflection. The tale focuses on the marriage of a man who is dominated and controlled by his own egoistic needs and illusions.

Новак похищает мальчика из приюта и пытается вместе с ним уйти из города. Но сначала ему приходится бороться с идеями, которые взрослые успели заложить в голову ребенка…

О судьбе доброго и скромного человека, который пытался внушить себе, что ничего особенного не происходит, пробовал замкнуться в своем доме, в своей работе, сохранить всеми силами свою "неприкосновенность"... О том, как война ворвалась в радостный и светлый мир детей, как она безжалостно столкнула их со смертью и жестокостью...

Эпизод из борьбы югославских патриотов против оккупантов Белграда во время Второй мировой войны. Режиссер Скригин говорил о фильме следующее: «Тема фильма вымышлена. Все персонажи тоже придуманы. Хотя в фильме не показаны какие-либо реальные события, повествующие о нелегальной работе патриотов, он всё равно будет напоминать подлинную историю, потому что сценарий состоит из комбинаций различных действительных фактов». Историческим фоном для сюжета этого фильма послужила работа нелегальной типографии ЦК Компартии Югославии, существовавшая с 1941-го до 1943 года в оккупированном Белграде.

Niko and Mato are friends, both in loved with the same girl Visnja, in charge of the fishermen's strike against the owners of the fishing boats. After being caught, Mato betrays his friends. Thus he becomes the subject of scorn both by the entire village and Visnja, who then marries Niko.

Необычная партизанская драма по мотивам романа хорватского романиста и режиссёра Бранко Белана стала первым словенским фильмом, подвергшемся цензуре. Режиссёру пришлось вырезать несколько сцен, чтобы сохранить героический образ антифашистского сопротивления. Доктор Корен работает в оккупированном городе в Словении. Белогвардейцы приводят раненых партизан. Чтобы спасти партизана, Корен убивает лейтенанта Белой гвардии. Убегая из города с раненым, Корен идёт через лес, где его узнает лесничий, отец убитого лейтенанта...

Настоящая дружба оставляет в сердцах людей след, который не могут уничтожить ни время, ни тяжелые испытания. Такая дружба была между двумя односельчанами-соседями: человеком храброго сердца и благородной души Стояном и трусливым Ильёй. Пришло время суровых испытаний - гитлеровская окупация. Через село отступают отряды партизан. То, на что не отважился Илья, сделал его друг Стоян: он спрятал в подполе своего дома раненого партизана. В дом Стояна ворвались гитлеровцы. Разозлённые тем, что им не удалось найти раненого бойца, враги в бессильной злобе расстреляли Стояна. Всё это видел Илья. О душевном переломе, вызванном у Ильи смертью друга, о совершенном им подвиге рассказывает фильм.

Конечно, самый страшный экзамен — по математике. Тут на подсказку надежда плохая. Пришлось готовиться, зубрить теоремы, формулы. А ведь как всё было хитро задумано: друзья посылают письмо дочке преподавателя ненавистного предмета, добиваются свидания, а затем она помогает им миновать экзаменационную опасность. И надо же было этому случиться: друзья по ошибке приняли за дочку учителя какую-то постороннюю толстушку в очках, а письмо, полное юношеского вдохновения и поэзии, живой непосредственности и пылкости, попало в руки совсем другой — Яне, которая с волнением и радостью готовится к встрече с незнакомцем.
