A virtual world in a scab coral (coral-like information life form) created by Eureka. Ten years have passed since the people of the virtual world appeared on this earth with the collapse. As a result of this “great fusion”, human beings in the virtual world call themselves “Green Earth”, and human beings on the old Earth call themselves “Blue Earth”, and various collisions will be repeated under the surface of the water. Прошло три года после возвращения «Ямато» с планеты Искандер. Земляне вернули свою планету с Космореверс и подписали мирный договор с Гамилусом. В дополнение был разработан новый оборонный флот, который включает в себя передовой броненосец «Андромеда». Несмотря на просьбы Старши, Земля идёт по пути военной экспансии. «Ямато» помогает достичь «мира», но его цена забирает слишком много жизней. Тем временем богиня Тереза, которая молится за спокойствие в космосе, призывает «Ямато» к новому плаванию. Угроза со стороны Гатлантиса охватывает всю вселенную и приближается к Земле.
