In the spring of 1945 the war is still going on, but in Bulgaria the communists have already seized the power. The new rulers do justice according to their personal interests. This is the beginning of the era of Communism in Bulgaria - spiritual poverty, expropriation, destroying of the intelligentsia. In this chaos the main character, an actress fallen on hard times, wants to preserve her social status with every available means. She claims to be a Communist activist and, in order to gain access to the theater even shows a photo with the Bulgarian communist revolutionary Georgi Dimitrov's dog However, in order to survive, she has to resort to betrayal.

Friday night. On the weekend, five women will be able to think about themselves.

Night time Sofia in the middle of the 80s. Bus 108 is doing its final route towards the Lyulin neighbourhood. A short altrecation between the passengers finishes with the death of one of them. While investigating the cruel crime the detectives from the militia face people's indifference.

A social and psychological study of contemporary problems.

Silviya is an excellent student, favorite of the teachers, but she does not do well in math. Silviya puts a comma in the school journal between the number 1 and 9 in the absences column in order to hide her absence from math class. The school regulation is set; three absences mean an administrative punishment. Two of her innocent classmates are punished, numbers 1 and 9, not number 19, which is Silviya. The teachers trust the "good girl". Silviya feels guilty.She is struggling between right and wrong. She must find the right answer for herself.
