Űrpiknik / Garbage Theory is a dramedy webbed through with the elements of sci-fi, which tells the story of one night spent by an alien lacking self-appreciation and a troubled university student in Budapest. Panna is a lonely university student who is incapable of forming human relationships, until Boy, the self-loathing alien arrives due to her signals sent to space. Boy tells Panna that the planet is doomed and he is only interested in saving his one admired artist, Sarolta Zalatnay. The two strangers form a unit, Panna helps Boy to fulfill his plan, and the alien takes her to the unknown planet in return. Panna and Boy meet unusual characters and extraordinary situations during the adventure lasting a night, which open up the world in front of them; Panna learns to form bonds and Boy finds home in the universe: on planet Earth.

The hard-working people in Tobi’s tiny village struggle to make ends meet, while the kids can’t wait to escape to Budapest as soon as they turn 18. Against the challenges of an increasingly conservative Hungary, where trans rights are currently being stripped back, this insightful documentary generously shines a light on the journey of Tobi’s mother as much as Tobi themselves. Having come out once as male in his mid-teens, Tobi later shifts towards a non-binary identity. It’s a steep learning curve for the family to re-evaluate the deeply ingrained gender binary in this rural corner of Central Europe, but for this caring and communicative group, love wins the day.

Сабольч, молодой венгр, играет в одной из немецких футбольных команд, как и его коллега по команде, немец Бернард. После неудачной игры и ссоры с Бернардом Сабольч возвращается на родину и останавливается в сельской местности в ветхом доме, который он унаследовал от деда, мечтая о спокойной жизни за разведением пчёл, навсегда забыв о футболе. Знакомство Сабольча с местным парнем Аароном в корне меняет его желания.
