В процессе экстрадиции из Штатов северокорейскому наркоторговцу Чану удаётся сбежать буквально из-под носа ФБР и офицера Рима. Узнав от руководства, что тот направляется в Южную Корею, Рим получает задание любой ценой поймать преступника и вернуть деньги партии, чтобы предотвратить в стране голод. Пока Чан налаживает на Юге производство нового наркотика, Рим снова объединяет усилия со старым знакомым, южнокорейским детективом Каном, а вскоре к ним присоединяется и ФБР-вец Джек — к неописуемому восторгу свояченицы Кана, питающей слабость к высоким красавцам.

Был в этом уличен, разжалован, лишен всех регалий. Чтобы отомстить режиму чучхе (в том числе за погибшую в тюрьме жену) бывший полковник выкрал сделанные Пхеньяном клише для печатания фальшивых долларов, намереваясь выгодно продать их за рубежом. Если на Западе (или хотя бы в Сеуле) узнают о том, что северяне пытаются обвалить американскую валюту, это может стать началом политического скандала. По этой причине в погоню за беглецом отправлен офицер внутренних сил Лим Чхоль-рён, у которого тот ещё и убил жену. Беглец находится нынче в Сеуле, поэтому впервые в истории отношений Севера и Юга следователи двух стран должны работать вместе. In June 1950, soon after the start of the Korean War, a troop of North Korean soldiers enter a small South Korean village. Captain Jeong-woong proclaims that they came to liberate the villagers but their true agenda is to ferret out the reactionaries. The villagers and Seol-hee, who is separated from her fiance on her wedding day, offer them heartfelt hospitality and cooperation to avoid falling out of the army's favor. Eventually friendships starts to build up between the soldiers and the villagers.

He's soon knocked unconscious. When he awakens again he continues his chase into a tunnel. Kang Min is then struck by a speeding car.

Initially excited about their earnings, the three friends later realize that running a bar is far from easy. Then San-hae comes up with an idea to bring in customers; he decides to create a bartending extravaganza entitled "The Show", a brand new concept in Seoul during the 1970s.
