Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger Is Here! 20th Anniversary with a Whistle is an upcoming Japanese superhero tokusatsu movie dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger TV series.

A treasure appears in front of antique dealer Norio Koike (Kiichi Nakai) and potter Sasuke (Kuranosuke Sasaki). The treasure is Hideyoshi Toyotomi’s chawan (procelain tea bowl) called Houou, that has been missing.

Genshiro Kusaka, who runs a detective business in the Edo city, had a contract with Shinigami Juran. A "prostitute serial murder case" occurred at the Great Yukaku in Yoshiwara. How does both Genshiro and the Shinigami gonna solve it?

The murder of a young girl leaves the inhabitants of a small Japanese village in shock. The body of Emili is found by four classmates with whom she was playing. The murder is never solved. Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger vs. Gaoranger is the team-up movie between Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger and Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger. This can easily fit in between after Sixth Spear, Satarakura and Shurikenger's introduction and before Third Spear, Manmaruba's original death and Super Karakuri Beast Revolver Mammoth's introduction. The only continuity error is the appearance of Manmaruba's motorcycle since his later clone was the one who used it in the series.
