Following a one-night stand, a young insomniac wakes up in a luxurious Manhattan apartment where things are not what they seem. Something about his host is off. When she reveals that they are not alone, the red flags escalate into a waking nightmare.

How would a found footage film look if the footage was never found? This conceptual art experiment questions the very nature of film and cinema while serving as an ironic tribute to the found footage horror pop culture. The found footage format provides the narrative justification for such a film to exist: the non-existence exists because the footage existed yet it was lost and never found.

A young man and an older one meet by happenstance in a local cafe and decide to sit and talk about their points of view on life.

Four young men and a young woman sit in boredom. She smokes while one strums a lute, one looks at a magazine, and two fiddle with string. The door opens and in comes a young man, cigarette between his lips, a swagger on his face. The young woman laughs. As the four young men continue disconnected activities, the other two become a couple. When the four realize something has changed, first they stare at the couple who have kissed and now are dancing slowly. The four run from the house in a kind of frenzy and return to stare. The power of sex has unnerved them.

Más tarde se dedicará a deambular incansable por París, a ir al cine, a leer los titulares de los periódicos, pero como lo haría un sonámbulo. Para el estudiante todo forma parte de una vaga estrategia encaminada a alejarse de los deseos materiales, de la ambición y de su dependencia de los objetos, los ambientes, los sonidos y aromas de París, la ciudad que lo ha acogido y que lo acabará fagocitando.
