Mitsuki and Yuya become stepsister and stepbrother because of their parents' marriage. Mitsuki can't get along with her new family and Yuya doesn't know how to approach his new stepsister. Loosely based on a 1926 short story by Jun'ichirō Tanizaki, the film opens as an artist and a young woman are in a dentist's waiting room. Though he is attracted to the woman, he says nothing to her. They are later in the same examining room. When he is given an anesthetic, he begins to imagine a series of scenes in which the woman undergoes various forms of sexual abuse, including rape and torture. When the artist recovers from the anesthetic, he finds clues showing that he may not have been hallucinating.

A girl, Sakae, who is looking for a dentist for a pain in a tooth, meets Shinkichi along the way, a guy that gives her a ride. The dentist, a woman, starts to visit her, anesthetizes her and abuses her. Sakae and then Shikichi, are drawn into a nightmare of sex and perversion ... But is this all real?

Agileo es enviado por el gobierno para construir un camino en un pueblo. Los habitantes, liderados por Avelino, el hombre más poderoso del lugar y propietario de la cantina El Brazo Fuerte, intentan expulsar a Agileo. Sin embargo, cuando éste recibe una carta oficial, todos piensan que se trata de una felicitación del presidente para él y tratan de ser generosos. Éste se casa con Nacha, hija de Avelino, y hereda todos los negocios y el prestigio de su suegro cuando éste muere. Dirige entonces al pueblo con mano de hierro, se enriquece y lleva a la cárcel a sus oponentes. Tras la muerte de Agileo se descubre el contenido de la carta.
