La familia Guerrasio y sus amigos se reúnen para celebrar el dieciocho cumpleaños de la hija mayor de Claudio y Carmela. Existe una sana rivalidad entre la cumpleañera y su hermana Chiara, de 16 años, mientras compiten en la pista de baile. Es una ocasión feliz y la familia está unida y en plena forma.
