A família Guerrasio e seus amigos se reúnem para comemorar o aniversário de 18 anos da filha mais velha de Claudio e Carmela. Há uma rivalidade saudável entre a aniversariante e sua irmã Chiara, de 16, enquanto as duas competem na pista de dança. Esse é um momento em que a família está unida e feliz. Porém, tudo muda no dia seguinte, quando Claudio desaparece. Chiara tenta entender o que aconteceu com o pai e, à medida que se aproxima da verdade, ela se vê forçada a decidir que tipo de futuro deseja a si mesma. Exibido na Quinzena dos Realizadores do Festival de Cannes, nos Festivais de Veneza, Nova York, do Rio e na Mostra de Cinema de São Paulo, em 2021.

A existência cotidiana do artista americano, pairando entre a realidade e, muitas vezes, a precária fantasia, é pontuada por encontros gratificantes e frustrantes que Tommaso tem com os “proprietários” de vários destinos e consigo mesmo.

He takes advantage of his position in an illegal smuggling operation to get himself and his best friend Abas off of the continent. Ayiva adapts to life in Italy, but when tensions with the local community rise, things become increasingly dangerous. Determined to make his new situation work he attempts to weather the storm, but it has its costs.
