Milan Paul and Sreeramakrishnan are best friends who have been together since college. The intensity of their friendship has not faded though the carefree days of college have long past gone. Now Sree is an ASP (Assistant Superintendent of Police) of Kottayam and Milan is a renowned reporter in the same city. Though in different fields both are in highly responsible jobs. In effect, both of them use their friendship to fulfill their respective social responsibilities.

The movie has Jayaram as Jayashankar, from a silent hamlet of Krishnapuram. Living a happy life as a wholesale vegetable vendor, with his mother and only sister Kalyani(Mithra kurien), his only big dream is to somehow marry off his sister to a good family. But as a bag with his ten lakhs is suddenly lost, Jayashankar is required to move on to the city to meet Sethuraman(Suraj venjaaramoodu), his distant relative and richest man in his family, to borrow some big money to make a return to his peaceful life.

Bhoominathan aka Bhoomi is introduced to us as a person who gets into many local fights. Worried about his future, his family sends him to Muthuramalingam (Raj Kiran), a much respected personality in his place Semmanur, to put Bhoomi's life on the right track. But things don't go as planned. Muthuramalingam's adversary threatens to kill his daughter Meera (Asin) as a revenge against his own daughter's fate. So Bhoomi is given the job of Meera's bodyguard at college. Meera goes to college with her friend Madhu but is irritated by Bhoomi's presence everywhere. So she devises a plan.

Note Out is a 2011 Malayalam comedy film directed by debutant Kutty Naduvil starring Nishan and Mithra Kurian in the lead roles. The music of the film has been composed by Vinu Thomas with lyrics penned by Anil Panachooran. Note Out tells the story of a group of youngsters led by Nishan who lead a care-free life with neither much aspirations nor any definite goals. A smart young girl happened to come across their life which leads to so many unexpected incidents.

There are distinct advantages to watching a Tamil film like SS Moviemakers's Suriyan Satta Kalloori (Suriyan law College), directed by Pawan, with its ridiculously simple theme, one-dimensional characters and clichéd performances. The cast and crew leave you in no doubt about what to expect. It's been quite some time since you saw what was once a staple of Tamil cinema: college life, where students rarely attended classes, fall in love and live happily ever after. Well, this movie tries to take itself seriously, which is why it is set against the Government Law College. With its history of caste differences and violence, it is the perfect backdrop for our hero, Surya Narayanan (newcomer Kajni).

Jerry (Jayasurya) is a conman whose actions have led to his separation from his family. He teams up with Ravi (Boban) but their ventures fail due to various differences. Soon Jerry meets an even bigger conman.

The movie starts of with a robbery of 20 crores in Pondicherry DID Bank where a college girl is killed by one of the thieves. The same night as the robbery, the manager of the bank (Manivannan) commits suicide.After this the story opens up in Chennai where Shiva Sundaram (Prasanna) a visible foolish person comes in search of David Raj (Manoj K. Jayan) where he saves a girl from being raped by one of David Raj's men.

Indira who comes back to her village after many years is shocked to see her childhood friend Unni rebellious. However, she tries to give him support and bring a change in his life.

Sreekumar comes to meet his friend, Govindan Kutty. He meets Reetha Mathews , whom he initially mistakes to be a prostitute. But he is shocked when he learns the truth about her.
