A demented handyman comes to the rescue of a young woman (Ashley Greene), then imprisons her in his basement.
目暮警部がボウガンで何者かに撃たれる事件が起こった。そして、蘭の母・妃英理、阿笠博士も相次いで命を狙われる。犯行現場に残されたトランプの意味するものは？捜査が続けられる一方、それをあざ笑うようにターゲットを襲う犯人の魔の手、増える被害者の数、あせるコナン…。手がかりをおっていくうちに海中レストランへ辿りついたコナンたち。そこには他にも招待客が来ていた。彼らに共通するものは？犯人はこの中にいるのか？
