香港の刑事クーンはブロンクス在住の叔父ビルの結婚式に訪れた。叔父は経営しているスーパーを売りに出し、エレインという女性が買い取った。クーンは叔父の新婚旅行中、叔父のアパートを借りることになったが周辺には暴走族が徘徊していた。そんなある日、店内で暴走族が万引きをし、注意した店員が殴られるのを見たクーンが撃退したが彼らから目を付けられることになる。
