組員が4人しかいない目高組の組長となり、機関銃を抱えて伯父を殺害した相手に殴り込みをかけたという過去を持つ高校3年生の星泉。目高組を解散した彼女は、シャッター商店街の一角でメダカカフェを営む店長として元組員の従業員と共に忙しい毎日を送っていた。そんな中、泉の友人が偽モデル詐欺の被害に遭ったことを知る。
