Wartime, 1942. Singapore. An Australian fighter pilot shot down in combat awakens suspended in the treetops. As night devours day, he must navigate through dangerous jungle in search of sanctuary.

世間知らずなお嬢さまの折山香琳（平祐奈）は16歳の誕生日に、初恋の相手で学校一のモテ男・鶴木尚（中島健人）との結婚を両親からプレゼントされる。片思いの相手と送る新婚生活に有頂天になる香琳に対して尚は、顔で結婚を決める女は嫌いだと言い放つ。一心に尚のことを思う香琳は、家事や勉強に果敢に挑戦し、そのさまを見ていた尚の心境に変化が起こる。ある日、二人の結婚が香琳を好きな幼なじみの海老名五十鈴（知念侑李）に知られてしまい……。

Iska, Karolína, and Vendula are eighteen-year-old girls who have just graduated from high school. Not wanting to let go of their carefree student lives or their friendship, they plan to hitchhike to Holland, where they've arranged to work on a farm for three months. But Vojta, Iska's little brother and her father's right hand man, joins the trio against their will. In a rural port town, Kenji Ishikawa runs a barber shop together with his new wife, who speaks very little and has mysterious eyes to match her amorous presence. ジョージアとアブハジアの間で起こった独立をめぐる紛争の真っ只中、境界線上の川にできた小さな中洲に小屋を建て孫娘と共にとうもろこしを育て始めたアブハズ人の老人。銃弾が飛び交う土地で伝統を守りながら淡々と畑を育み続ける老人とそれに従う孫娘の姿が、セリフを極力回避した独特の映像表現で語られてゆく。やがて収穫が近づく頃、負傷した若いジョージア兵が中洲に流れ着いたことから、歯車が少しずつ狂い始める・・・。

Molly is now a freelance photographer in New York. She runs across a woman at an art show that looks familiar. She goes to L.A. to find out that this woman is in fact, her mother. She also finds out she has a sister. The reunion is short-lived when her mother calls her to tell her that her sister is in danger and later, gets killed in an explosion. Molly must once again, become Angel to try and find her sister.
