Deuce Bigalow goes to Amsterdam after a little accident including two irritating kids and a bunch of aggressive dolphins. There he meets up with his old friend T.J. Hicks. But a mysterious killer starts killing some of Amsterdam's finest gigolos and T.J. is mistaken for the extremely gay murderer. Deuce must enter the gigolo industry again to find the real murderer and clear T.J.'s name.

ジャック（ジャン=マルク・バール）とエンゾ（ジャン・レノ）は、ギリシャの島で幼なじみとして育つ。やがて二人は成長し、コート・ダジュールで20年ぶりに再会した際、エンゾはイタリアのシチリアで開催されるフリーダイビング大会に参加するようジャックに伝える。同じころ、アンデスで偶然ジャックと出会ったジョアンナ（ロザンナ・アークエット）も、出張を口実にニューヨークからシチリアにやって来る。

エースは、動物にしか愛情を持てないペット探偵。スーパー・ボウルの開催がせまったある日、出場チームのマイアミ・ドルフィンズのマスコットであるイルカのスノーフレークが何者かに誘拐されてしまった。ドルフィンズの女性社員メリッサは、エースにスノーフレークの捜索を依頼する。エースが最初に犯人として目をつけたのは、大富豪ケンプ。ケンプの屋敷で開かれるパーティーで、やりたい放題好き勝手捜査したけれど、ケンプは犯人ではなかった。しかし、エースはこの時、犯人にたどりつくあるヒントを見つけていた。

Their sailboat is hijacked by three escaped convicts, who take the father, Halsey, hostage, and set the three Hopewell women - mother Julia, and teen-aged daughters Gwen and Penny - adrift, they who eventually land on the island where Sandy is hiding...
