すご腕の殺し屋トラヴィス（イーサン・ホーク）は、組織の裏切りに遭い家族を殺され、自身の命も奪われてしまった。しかし彼は、24時間という時間制限のもとでよみがえる。怒りに燃える彼は組織に復讐することを決意し、殺し屋として培ってきたスキルを駆使して戦いに挑む。
