クラレンス（クリスチャン・スレイター）は、勤め先の店長が誕生日祝いに差し向けたコールガール、アラバマ（パトリシア・アークエット）と恋に落ち、すぐに結婚する。彼女のヒモと話をつけに出向いたクラレンスは成り行きで男を殺してしまい、あわてて持ち帰ったカバンの中には大量の麻薬が入っていた。麻薬を売り金を得ようとする二人に、マフィアと警察が迫り……。
