シングルマザーのカーラ（ハル・ベリー）は、公園で一瞬だけ目を離したすきに、息子のフランキーを何者かに連れ去られてしまう。彼が乗せられた車を追い掛けたが見失い、犯人が誰なのか全くわからず、地元の警察もまともに取り合ってくれない。それでもカーラは、たった一人で息子を取り戻すことを決意する。
