ゾンビ映画を撮影していた自主映画のクルーが本物のゾンビに襲われるが、それを撮影し続けて……。日本のヒット作『カメラを止めるな！』をフランスの名優たち多数出演でリメイクしたノンストップ・ゾンビ・サバイバル。
今から約3000年前。大神官イムホテップはセティ1世の愛人であるアナクスナムンと恋に落ちる。セティ1世から仲を疑われた2人はとっさに彼を殺害。イムホテップはアナクスナムンを生き返らせることを彼女に約束し逃亡、アナクスナムンは自害する。死者の都ハムナプトラへ赴き儀式を行うイムホテップだが、完遂を目前にして王の兵団が乱入。儀式の中断によりアナクスナムンの蘇生は失敗、部下の神官たちは罰として生きながらミイラにされ禁断の呪いをかけられる。

襲いかかってくる。死霊にとりつかれた妹をいさめるにはもはや地下室に閉じ込めるしかなく、その間
アッシュはテープから流れていた死霊から逃れる方法を思い出していた。その方法とはとりつかれた者
の体をバラバラに裂くしかないというものであった・・。思い悩むアッシュ達をあざ笑うように死霊達
