One evening, a woman enters a police station and confesses to having killed her violent husband several years ago. As she listens to her fantastic story, the policewoman is increasingly less inclined to arrest her. Just why is the woman so eager to confess her crime, and why is the policewoman so reluctant to take her into custody?

A musical set in the Prohibition-era American South, where a speakeasy performer and club manager Rooster must contend with gangsters who have their eyes on the club while his piano player and partner Percival must choose between his love, Angel or his obligations to his father.

Le Marais is a singular short film, taken from the collection of films set in Paris, used for Gus Van Sant's "Paris: Je t'aime". Two customers walk into a paint business, asking for help, one character has the compulsion to speak to another - and while language barriers restrict the growth of their relationship, the desire for one another is there.

　映画史に燦然と輝く巨匠監督15人が“時間”をテーマに競作した豪華な短編集。10分という厳密な時間制限と予算だけが決められ、それ以外は各監督の自由にすべてが委ねられたこの企画は、２本のコンピレーション・フィルムに結実。本作はそのうちの１本。もう１本のタイトルは「１０ミニッツ・オールダー 人生のメビウス」。 　これまで古今東西の哲学者たちが様々な思索をめぐらせた“時間の謎”を、８人の映画監督がそれぞれのタッチで追究していく。収録されている作品は、ベルナルド・ベルトルッチの「水の寓話」、マイク・フィギスの「時代×４」、イジー・メンツェルの「老優の一瞬」、イシュトヴァン・サボーの「１０分後」、クレール・ドニの「ジャン＝リュック・ナンシーとの対話」、フォルカー・シュレンドルフの「啓示されし者」、マイケル・ラドフォードの「星に魅せられて」、ジャン＝リュック・ゴダール「時間の闇の中で」の全８編。

Bossa Nova is a romantic comedy that enfolds many love convergences and divergences, in today’s Rio de Janeiro. It’s in the city’s “useless landscape” that the lonely hearts of nine characters will cross destinies and they’ll discover new passions. The meeting place for these journeys is a charming English teacher, Mary Ann Simpson, former airline stewardess, who’s been living in Rio for two years, since she became a widow, and the newly separated Pedro Paulo. They approach each other without a hint that their lives will be linked by many characters and incidents.

Mike Max is a Hollywood producer who became powerful and rich thanks to brutal and bloody action films. His ignored wife Paige is close to leaving him. Suddenly Mike is kidnapped by two bandits, but escapes and hides out with his Mexican gardener's family for a while. At the same time, surveillance expert Ray Bering is looking for what happens in the city, but it is not clear what he wants. The police investigation for Max's disappearance is led by detective Doc Block, who falls in love with actress Cat who is playing in ongoing Max's production.

At the sea shore, a goat, a child, and a naked man. This is a photograph taken in 1954 by Agnès Varda. The goat was dead, the child was named Ulysses, and the man was naked. Starting from this frozen image, the film explores the real and the imaginary.
