宇宙世紀0123年。月の周辺に新設されたフロンティア・サイドのコロニー、フロンティアIV。その内部にあるフロンティア学園では学園祭が開催され、いつもと変わらぬ平和な一日が過ぎようとしていた。 そんな中、フロンティアIVに近づくMS部隊の姿があった。彼らの名は、クロスボーン・バンガード。庶民のための真の貴族による支配主義「コスモ貴族主義」を標榜するマイッツアー・ロナが創設した武装集団に所属するMSだった。

The series follows the odd life of kindergartener Makoto Sawada and his family. Makoto gets into all sorts of toilet and adult humor. He sometimes dresses in his mother's and sister's clothing, and often has a long strand of mucus dangling from his nose.

Remi, an orphan kid gets hired out to a traveling street entertainer Vitalis when her foster parents fall on hard times.

東京の名門中学から転校してきた鮎川こずえは、劣等生ばかりで即席バレー部を作り、レギュラーチームを負かしてしまった。こずえはキャプテンに推薦され、劣等生グループも正式に入部した。しかし、その後転校してきた早川みどりに、一度はその座を奪われてしまう。だが、チームはみどりのワンマンプレーのために最初の試合で惨敗。チームワークの重要性を初めて知ったみどりは、こずえとのアタック・コンビを完成させ、日本一を目指し歩き始めるのだった。
