Endangered (2005)

Likely in June 1897, a group of people are standing along the platform of a railway station in La Ciotat, waiting for a train. One is seen coming, at some distance, and eventually stops at the platform. Doors of the railway-cars open and attendants help passengers off and on. Popular legend has it that, when this film was shown, the first-night audience fled the café in terror, fearing being run over by the "approaching" train. This legend has since been identified as promotional embellishment, though there is evidence to suggest that people were astounded at the capabilities of the Lumières' cinématographe.

윌은 아버지의 병세가 위독하다는 전갈을 받고 고향으로 돌아온다. 평생 모험을 즐겼던 허풍쟁이 아버지는 "내가 왕년에~"로 시작되는 모험담을 늘어놓는다. 젊은 에드워드 블룸은 태어나자마자 온 병원을 헤집고 다녔고, 원인불명 '성장병'으로 남보다 빨리 컸으며 만능 스포츠맨에, 발명왕이자 해결사였다. 마을에서 가장 유명인사가 된 에드워드는 더 큰 세상을 만나기 위해 여행을 시작했고, 대책없이 큰 거인, 늑대인간 서커스 단장, 샴 쌍둥이 자매, 괴짜시인 등 특별한(?) 친구들을 사귀면서 영웅적인 모험과 로맨스를 경험했다는데. 하지만 지금의 에드워드는 병상의 초라한 노인일 뿐. 마지막이 될 지 모르는 아버지 곁에서 진짜 아버지의 모습이 궁금해진 윌은 창고 깊숙한 곳에서 아버지의 거짓말 속에 등장하는 증거를 하나 찾아내고, 이제 '에드워드 블룸의 거짓과 진실'을 가려내기 위한 추적을 시작한다.

무능한 소시민이 전지전능한 능력을 얻어 능력을 남발하고 다니다 곧 "신의 일에도 여러 가지 힘든 일이 따른다"는 걸 알게 되는 것. 또한 전지전능한 능력으로도 사랑하는 사람의 마음과 자유 의지는 자기 뜻대로 할 수 없다는 것을 깨닫고 자신의 곁을 떠난 애인을 위해 신의 자리를 포기하기로 한다. 그때 마침 휴가 간 신이 돌아오고, 다시 평범한 리포터로 돌아와 깨달음을 얻고 행복한 삶을 되찾는다.

Nackt is the story of three couples, one of which just broke up, one that seems to be about to and one perfectly okay. They are all friends and from time to time they gather to talk about everything.One time they gather for dinner at the second couple's "mansion" - the husband became rich with his business. We see each couple as they prepare themselves for the party and learn a lot about their relationships.At the dinner they get to talking about recognizing each other's peer with closed eyes and decide to try it (thus the title "Nackt"=naked in German).

Working men and women leave through the main gate of the Lumière factory in Lyon, France. Filmed on 22 March 1895, it is often referred to as the first real motion picture ever made, although Louis Le Prince's 1888 Roundhay Garden Scene pre-dated it by seven years. Three separate versions of this film exist, which differ from one another in numerous ways. The first version features a carriage drawn by one horse, while in the second version the carriage is drawn by two horses, and there is no carriage at all in the third version. The clothing style is also different between the three versions, demonstrating the different seasons in which each was filmed. This film was made in the 35 mm format with an aspect ratio of 1.33:1, and at a speed of 16 frames per second. At that rate, the 17 meters of film length provided a duration of 46 seconds, holding a total of 800 frames.

남북전쟁이 끝난 후 남아도는 대포를 처리하는 방법을 연구하다가 큰 대포를 만들어 안에다가 사람을 태운 우주선을 집어 넣고 달로 쏘아 올리기로 결정한다. 사람들에게 환송을 받으며 천문학자를 태운 로켓이 대포로 발사되고 곧 로켓은 달에 착륙한다. 천문학자는 달에 도착하자마자 잠을 자고, 일어나고 나서 동굴로 가자 거대한 버섯을 발견한다. 한 천문학자가 우산을 펼치자 곧바로 버섯으로 변해 버린다. 이때 외계인이 나타나지만 천문학자는 이를 쉽게 죽인다. 곧 더 많은 외계인이 나타나서 천문학자들은 둘러싸이게 되고, 외계인은 그들을 잡아 우두머리에게 데리고 간다. 천문학자들이 우두머리를 죽이고 도망친다. 다섯 명이 비행선 안으로 들어가고 나머지 한 명은 절벽에 걸친 비행선에 달린 로프에 매달려 비행선을 우주로 떨어뜨린다. 우주선은 지구로 떨어져 바다에 빠진다. 천문학자들은 구조되어 큰 환대를 받는다.

제2차 세계대전이 끝난 지 10여년이 지나 버려진 수용소의 현재 모습은 흑백의 기록화면으로 이어진다. 12년 전 빈 들판엔 수용소 건설이 진행되었고 ‘밤과 안개’ 작전으로 유대인들이 수감되기 시작했다.

한 가족의 사랑 방식을 옵니버스 형식으로 풀어 놓았다. 각각의 사랑 방식이 모두 다르고 견해 또한 따르지만 바탕에 흐르는 진실과 외로움의 공통분모는 영화 전반에 걸쳐 따스한 사랑을 끊임없이 내 뿜는다. 막내 존(안젤리나 졸리 분)은 인생의 모든 것을 댄스와 비교하며 매일 나이트에서 댄스의 미학에 빠진다. 키어(라이언 필립 분)은 존의 친골서 함께 댄스 이야기를 하며 입담을 나누면서 서로에게 조금씩 끌리기 시작한다. 폴(숀 코넬리 분)과 한나는 40년이 된 오랜 부부이다. 자식들은 이미 다들 자리를 잡았지만 각자의 결혼생활에는 많은 이야기 거리가 있어 보인다. 메레딧 은 연극 감독으로 뛰어난 창조력을 인정받고 있으며 트랜은 건축가로 겉으로는 아주 좋은 관계를 유지한 것처럼 보이지만 이들의 마음은 뭔가 허전함이 보여지는데...

는 결혼식 때마다 도망가 버리는 신부 메기 카펜터(줄리아 로버츠)를 취재하러 온 이크 그래엄(리처드 기어)이 서로에게 가슴 뛰는 사랑을 느끼게 되어 드디어 결혼식을 하는 날, 다시 한 번 도망가 버리는 메기. 그리하여 메기의 신화는 지속되는가 싶었는데, 뉴욕으로 돌아간 이크를 메기가 찾아옴으로써 메기는 드디어 런어웨이 브라이드라는 오명을 벗게 되었다는 이야기.
