A popular high school senior gets accused of statutory rape after he impregnates a tawdry sophomore girl.

흑인 중산층 밀접지역인 LA외곽 잉글우드에서 어린 시절을 보낸 마이크(오마 엡스 분), 슬림(테이 딕스 분), 로랜드(리처드 T.존스 분)는 고등학교시절 단짝친구였다. 시간이 흘러 세 친구는 모두 성인이 되고 마침내 로랜드는 결혼을 하게 된다. 로랜드의 결혼식 날. 그러나 예식이 시작되기 3시간 전에 갑자기 로랜드가 사라진다. 이때 절친한 친구인 마이크와 슬림이 로랜드를 찾아 나서고 결국 로랜드가 있는 곳을 알게된다. 그러나 그는 이미 술에 취해있는 상태. 이에 마이크와 슬림은 로랜드를 찾아 결혼식장으로 가는 도중 그들의 아름다운 추억이 담긴 곳에 들러 그 동안 잊고 지냈던 유년시절의 기억과 첫사랑을 다시 떠올리게 되는데... 어느 날 마이크는 새로운 학교로 전학을 오게되어 세 사람은 우연히 같은 반 친구가 되고 이때 마이크는 그 반에서 가장 아름다운 리사의 외모에 홀딱 반해버린다. 마이크는 원래부터 수줍음 많고 어리숙한 성격 아이로 장난스러운 두 사람은 이런 마이크에게 다가온다. 세 사람은 어느새 단짝이 되어 즐거운 학창시절을 보내게 된다. 교내 댄스파티 날, 이성에 대한 호기심과 댄스파티에 대한 환상에 젖어있는 세 사람은 신나게 춤을 추기 시작한다. 파티의 열기는 점점 뜨거워지고 슬림과 로랜드는 각자의 파트너와 춤을 추지만 마이크는 자리에서 리사만을 바라보는데, 이때 마이크는 용기를 내어 리사에게 다가가고 사랑하는 리사와 꿈같은 춤을 추게 된다. 그리고 뜻밖에 리사의 전화번호까지 받게 되어 두 사람은 점점 가까워지는데...

Nu-metal band Limp Bizkit have sold many millions of copies of their albums, but continue to divide opinion among critics and fans alike regarding their artistic merit. Their debut Three Dollar Bill Y’All$ was moderately successful on release, but touring and single releases took it to the Top 30 of the charts.
