살인 지령 (1979)

런던 1893년. 집필가, 발명자, 미래학자로서 활약 중인 젊은 H.G.웰즈(H. G. Wells: 말콤 맥도웰 분)가 신발명의 타임머신을 친구들에게 빼앗긴다. 그 중에는 챤스에 강한 파트너인 스티븐슨 의사가 가세하고 있다. 누구도 타임머신의 성능을 믿지못하고 기계를 바라보고 있지만 가정부가 경관의 방문을 알려왔다. 근처에서 한 창녀가 시체로 발견이 되고 이로 인해 한집 한집 탐문수사를 펴고 있었다. 그러나 범인은 미래로 도망가고 스티븐슨의 검진 가방에 피가 묻어 있어 경찰들은 그를 범인으로 판단하고, 이를 피하기 위해 스티븐슨은 타임머신으로 미래로 도망간다. 이곳은 1979년 샌프란시스코, 스티븐슨은 과거와 미래의 사이에서 방황하게 된다.

1940년, 독일군 공습으로 불타는 런던의 모습을 보며 상심에 빠진 늙은 모습의 존 왓슨 박사는 젊은 날의 친구였던 셜록홈즈의 가장 위대하지만 가장 덜 알려진 일화를 간병인에게 받아 적게 한다. 때는 1882년, 금화를 싣고 가던 왕실 범선이 바다의 괴생명체에게 공격 당해 침몰 하자 런던 경찰국은 사건해결을 위해 셜록홈즈와 왓슨박사에게 의뢰한다. 범선의 침몰 원인을 조사하던 중 화이트 채플에서 매춘굴을 찾은 한 젊은 청년이 공룡의 모습을 한 괴물에게 습격 당해 사망하는 사건이 발생하게 되고, 셜록은 본능적으로 두 사건이 연관있음을 알아챈다. 단서를 수집하며 사건의 중심으로 파고 들어간 끝에 찾아낸 외딴 성에서 홈즈와 왓슨은 놀랍게도 소식이 끊겼던 홈즈의 형 마이크로프트를 발견 하게 된다.

A serial killer whose mother was a prostitute starts killing streetwalkers as a way of paying back his mother for her abuse.

In London, a secret society led by lawyer Thaddeus Merrydew collects the assets of any of its deceased members and divides them among the remaining members. Society members start dropping like flies. Sherlock Holmes is approached by member James Murphy's widow, who is miffed at being left penniless by her husband. When Captain Pyke is shot, Holmes keys in on his mysterious Chinese widow as well as the shady Merrydew. Other members keep dying: Malcom Dearing first, then Mr. Baker. There is also an attempt on the life of young Eileen Forrester, who became a reluctant society member upon the death of her father. Holmes' uncanny observations and insights are put to the test.

Concerned about his friend's cocaine use, Dr. Watson tricks Sherlock Holmes into travelling to Vienna, where Holmes enters the care of Sigmund Freud. Freud attemts to solve the mysteries of Holmes' subconscious, while Holmes devotes himself to solving a mystery involving the kidnapping of Lola Deveraux.

Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson are called in to unravel a mysterious curse that has plagued the Baskerville family for generations. When Sir Charles Baskerville is found dead, his heir, Sir Henry, begs Holmes to save him from the terrifying supernatural hound that has brought fear and death to his household.

Every hero has a weakness, and Sherlock Holmes' weakness was Moriarty. Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson solve mysteries and search for Moriarty in 1970s New York City. The fact that Sherlock Holmes is a psychotic paranoid and Dr. Watson is a female psychiatrist fascinated by his case is almost beside the point.

In World War II, a British secret agent carrying a vitally important document is kidnapped en route to Washington. The British government calls on Sherlock Holmes to recover it.

Holmes takes a vacation and visits his old friend Sir Henry Baskerville. His vacation ends when he suddenly finds himself in the middle of a double-murder mystery. Now he's got to find Professor Moriarty and the horse Silver Blaze before the great cup final horse race.

영국 런던에서 보석 '펀잡의 별'이 도둑맞자 라이벌 듀오 톰과 제리가 셜록홈즈, 닥터왓슨을 도와 모리어티 교수의 치밀한 계획하에 벌어진 범죄와 아름다운 여가수에게 씌어진 누명을 벗기며 도둑맞은 보석을 되찾고 악당을 물리치는 내용의 애니메이션 영화이다.

유명 연쇄살인 사건에 뛰어든 셜록은 부검의 왓슨의 도움으로 죽은 사람들이 어느 특정 약물에 중독되어 죽었음을 알게 된다. 레스트레이드 경감을 설득하여 범인으로 짐작되는 사람을 찾지만, 범인은 목을 맨 뒤였고, 경감은 사건을 일단락 지어버린다. 하지만 사건이 끝나지 않았다고 생각한 셜록은 이전 자신에게 의뢰를 했던 여인의 뒤를 쫓던 중 모리아티가 숨겨둔 죽음의 덫에 빠져버리고 마는데…
