시놉시스
홀리(크리스턴 밀러)와 잰은 룸메이트이자 경쟁관계에 있는 절친한 친구사이. 하지만 승진을 위해서는 섹스도 마다하지 않는 커리어 우먼이다. 어느날 잰이 홀리의 애인이자 고객인 데이빗과 하룻밤을 보내고 이를 본 홀리는 크게 낙담하여 새로 머물 집을 찾는다. 아주 평범해 보이는 간호사 테스(알리슨 랭)는 홀리의 딱한 사정을 듣고 선뜻 방을 내주고 이 둘은 서로 한 집에 살게 된다. 홀리는 테스에게 호의를 갖고 사교적인 자신의 생활에 그녀를 끌어 들인다. 하지만 홀리의 주변 인물들은 차례로 살해당하기 시작하고 안락사, 변태 성욕, 동성연애 그리고 살인을 즐기는 테스의 정체가 모습을 드러내기 시작하는데...
