젊은 사장인 카자마가 거느리는“미시마 재벌”과, 그의 아버지인 미시마 일파가 실권을 쥐는 “G코퍼레이션”은 세계처음으로 개발된 만능세포인 “M세포”를 구하려고 세계 각국을 극비리에 수색하면서 서로 싸움을 펼치고 있었다. 그러던 도중 양쪽진영은 그 열쇠를 쥐는 인물이 교토의 쿄고쿠 인터내셔널 스쿨에 다니는 학생인 카미야 마코토인 것을 밝혀 낸다. 카미야의 조사를 하기 위해서 카자마는 전속 에이전트 니나를 파견한다. 한 편, 미시마는 그의 오른팔인 안나를 미시마고등학교에 보낸다. 어느 날, 중국 권법의 달인이며 미시마고등학교 2학년 샤오유가 평소와 같이 등교하자 교장실에 호출된다. 그곳엔 G코퍼레이션에서 온 니나가 교토 쿄고쿠 고등학교로의 전학과 카미야의 신원을 조사하는 임무가 주어진다. 한번은 거절한 샤오유이었지만, G코퍼레이션과 대립하는 미시마재벌의 카자마에게 접근하는 기회라고 생각하고 이 미션을 떠맡는다. 샤오유는 친구였던 카자마에게 본래의 모습을 되찾아주었으면 한다고 생각한 것이다. 이렇게 해서 쿄고쿠고등학교에 잠입한 샤오유는 바로 카미야를 찾고 있었는데, 갑자기 옥상에서 어떤 남자가 떨어진다. 그녀의 무술능력을 발휘하여 구출 성공했는데 그 남자야말로 카미야 였던것이다. 이렇게 두사람은 만나지만 카미야는 차갑게 대한다. 그리고 새로 알게 된 친구인 동급생의 아리사는 카미야에게 좋아하는 감정을 가지고 있다. 그를 구해 준 샤오유에게 그가 옥상에서 뛰어 내린 것은 이번으로 2번째라고 말해 주었다. 자살할 이유가 없는데 이런 수수께끼의 행동을 되풀이하는 카미야. 조사를 계속해가는데 여러가지의 사실을 알게된다. 카미야는 교고쿠교고에 다니기 전에 미시마고등학교에 다니고있었고 카자마의 친구이었던 것, 그이외의 같은반 학생이 집단실종되는 수수께끼 사건도 있었다. 그와 카자마를 알기 위해 샤오유는 아리사와 함께 카미야에게 더 접근을 시도하지만 핵심에 들어가긴 힘들었다. 그러한 가운데, 누군가가 카미야를 납치하는데...

Mateo Melgarejo is a notary public and scribe for the illiterate people of Santo Domingo, a neighborhood north of Mexico City's Zócalo. A squatter friend asks for his help in negotiating with the land census bureau to regularize a land title. After a great deal of frustration with the government bureaucracy, he writes a letter to the cabinet minister, earning an audience with him. The minister hires Melgarejo to reform the bureau, and the appointee proceeds to lecture the officials on their duties in a democratic society. At the end, he gives up the post, returning to Santo Domingo to help its poor residents.
