보컬 조시, 드러머 멜로디, 베이시스트 발레리로 구성된 푸시캣 클럽. 록스타를 꿈꾸는 세 사람은 우연히 매니저 와이엇의 눈에 띄어 거대 음반사와 계약을 맺는다. 곧 바로 음반을 발표한 푸시캣은 음반사의 대대적인 물량 공세를 등에 엎고 빌보드 차트 정상을 차지한다. 그러던 어느날 와이엇이 찾아와서 CD에 메시지를 넣어 리믹스하자고 제안하자 조시는 이를 허락한다. 이후 항상 헤드폰을 끼고 CD를 듣던 조시가 독불장군처럼 행동하자 멜로디와 발레리는 충격을 받고, 푸시캣 멤버의 팀워크에 금이가기 시작하는데....
