Dramatization of the controversial best-seller that posits an alternate version of the birth of Christianity. In this version, Jesus planned for His crucifixion by taking a drug that would simulate death. After His unconscious body was placed in the tomb, a religious sect known as the Zealots would secretly steal Christ's body from the tomb, then spread the rumor that He had risen, thus fulfilling Biblical prophecy.

The Grimm brothers Wilhelm and Jacob, known for their literary works in the nineteenth century, have their lives dramatized. Wilhelm fights to write something entertaining amongst the sea of dry, non-fiction books they write and he sets about collecting oral-tradition fairy tales to put into print. Their life story is countered with reenactments of three of their stories including "The Dancing Princess," "The Cobbler and the Elves" and "The Singing Bone."

강간 폭행 죄로 6년간 수감됐던 맥스 케이디(Max Cady : 로버트 미첨 분)는 석방되자 마자 샘 보든(Sam Bowden : 그레고리 펙 분)을 찾는다. 샘은 케이디의 유죄 판결에 결정적인 역할을 한 검사였다. 케이디는 샘에게 자신이 수감됐던 것에 대한 복수를 하겠다고 통고한다. 위험을 인지한 샘은 사립 탐정을 고용하기도 하고 경찰의 비호를 받으려고도 하지만 케이디는 불사조처럼 빠져나가며 점점 더 샘을 초조하게 압박할 따름이다. 케이디가 자신의 아내인 페기 보든(Peggy Bowden : 폴리 버겐 분)과 딸, 낸시 보든(Nancy Bowden : 로리 마틴 분)을 강간함으로써 복수를 하려는 것을 알아챈 샘은 케이디를 다시 교도소로 보내고자 하지만 그렇게 할 근거가 없어 무효화되고, 경찰 서장인 마크 더튼(Police Chief Mark Dutton : 마틴 발삼 분) 또한 케이디를 그 지역에서 추방함으로써 샘을 돕고자 하지만 별다른 효과를 발휘하지 못 한다. 절박해진 샘은 결국 케이디를 유인해 잡기 위해 아내와 딸을 케이프 피어 강의 요트로 보낸다. 케이디가 소리 없이 나타나 샘의 아내와 딸을 유린하려는 위기 일발의 순간 샘이 나타나 그들을 구하고자 한다.

Having fled to Mexico from the U.S. many years ago for killing his father's murderer, Martin Brady travels to Texas to broker an arms deal for his Mexican boss, strongman Governor Cipriano Castro. Brady breaks a leg and while recuperating in Texas the gun shipment is stolen. Complicating matters further the wife of local army major Colton has designs on him, and the local Texas Ranger captain makes him a generous offer to come back to the states and join his outfit. After killing a man in self defense, Brady slips back over the border and confronts Castro who is not only unhappy that Brady has lost his gun shipment but is about to join forces with Colton to battle the local raiding Apache Indians.

1934년 여름 히틀러가 집권하자 안네 가족은 프랑크프루트를 뗘나 네덜란드 암스테르담에 정착하게 된다. 불안한 생활 가운데에서도 한동안 평화로운 생활이 계속되는 안네의 가족. 그러나 1941년 네덜란드를 침공하고 암스테르담에서의 유태인 검거와 처형에 혈안이 된 나찌들의 횡포가 더욱 심해지자 안네의 가족은 불안한 하루하루를 보내게 된다. 그로부터 1년 후 안네의 언니 마르코프가 출두 명령을 받게 되고 다음 달, 안네의 가족을 비롯하여 반단씨 가족과 그의 아들이자 안네의 연인 피터, 의사인 뒤셀씨 등은 미리 준비해 두었던 은신처로 옮겨 은둔 생활에 들어간다. 그러나 2년이 넘는 은둔생활 중 게슈타포에 의해 발각되고 이들은 폴란드의 유태인 수용소를 전전하다가 그 다음해 안네의 아버지를 제외한 모든 사람들이 죽음을 당하게 된다. 세월이 흘러 독일이 패망한 후 안네의 아버지는 자신의 가족들이 독일군의 눈을 피해 숨어 지냈던 다락방에서 안네의 일기장을 발견하게 되는데.

In melodramatic fashion, the film tells the tale of a young German woman who finds herself alone in the world when the rest of her family is killed in a WWII air raid. Helping an American military man escape the Gestapo, she finds herself on the run from the Russian Army. Escaping to the American (and safe) side of Berlin, she registers herself as a prostitute (unknowingly) and finds herself caught between the German officer who thinks she is for sale and the American officer who she saved and is now in love with her.

1865년 4월 남북전쟁이 끝나갈 무렵. 철로 역에 모여 있던 북군들에게 남북전쟁의 승전과 함께 종전 소식이 전해진다. 온통 기쁨으로 들떠 있는 순간, 벤스(리차드 에간)가 이끄는 남군들이 갑자기 습격하여 북군들을 죽이고 현금수송 열차에서 현금을 강탈해 간다. 뒤늦게 이 사실을 알게 된 북군들은 남군들의 뒤를 쫓지만 그들을 잡을 수가 없다. 한편 아직도 종전소식을 듣지 못한 벤스 일행은 작전임무를 완료하기 위해 약속장소에 도착하지만 남군들을 만나지 못한다. 그 후 마을에 도착해서야 벤스 일행은 마침내 전쟁이 끝났다는 것을 알게 되고 강탈한 돈을 나누어 갖고 고향의 집으로 향한다. 꿈에도 그리던 연인 캐시(데브라 파겟)를 만나기 위해 돌아온 벤스. 그러나 벤스가 죽은 줄 알았던 그의 연인 캐시는 이미 그의 동생과 결혼해 버린 뒤였는데...

Sam Gifford remembers : In prewar years he was an arrogant southern cotton plantation owner, married to the daughter of a colonel. At the beginning of the war he was mobilized with his National Guard unit as a sergeant. Came the day when, revolted by the cowardice of his lieutenant, who had fired at his own men, he hit him. Downgraded, he was sent to a disciplinary battalion. Sam now discovers his new detachment, his new commanding officer, just another cowardly brute, Captain Waco Grimes. While in combat, Sam will gradually become closer to the privates, working-class people he used to despise. He will become another man, a better man.
