Маруся — так зовут маленькую девочку, дочку 38-летней Ларисы, бывшей фотомодели, которая живет во Франции, стране ее мечты, где она так долго и безуспешно ищет мужчину своей мечты. «Ma Roussie» — по-французски «моя Россия». Ее дом давно уже здесь во Франции, правда, у ее мамы здесь нет ни работы, ни крыши над головой. Иногда они даже не знают, где им переночевать. Но разве это важно? Главное, что они есть друг у друга. Мать и дочь. А значит все будет хорошо, если не сейчас, то в будущем точно.
