An almost romantic comedy on the edge: Holocaust researcher Toto is having a major life crisis. As the star of the congress suddenly wants to pull out, the problems are piling up and the two have to fix it.

Berlin in June of 1940. While Nazi propaganda celebrates the regime’s victory over France, a kitchen-cum-living room in Prenzlauer Berg is filled with grief.
