サーフィンが大好きな大学生のひな子は、消防士の青年・港と運命的な恋に落ちた。彼にサーフィンの手ほどきをしながら幸せな日々を過ごすひな子だが、ある時、ひとりで海に行った港が命を落としてしまう。生きる気力を失い、サーフィンもやめて失意に沈むひな子。そんなある時、彼女がふと思い出の歌を口ずさむと、水の中に港の姿が浮かび上がる。やがてひな子は、自分にしか見えない水の中の港との再会に耽溺していく。
