Girls in Prison (1956)

Jean Raymond an upper class woman with a gambling addiction, is given a twelve-month prison sentence resulting from her inability to pay her debts. At first she is overwhelmingly depressed by life in the women's prison; gradually, however, her misery is relieved by the many close friends she makes there. This sympathetic drama traces the contrasting lives and often faltering progress of the inmates of a women's prison.

강희는 춘자와 탈옥을 하나 다시 체포되어 감옥으로 이송된다. 가또오소장은 그들 둘 때문에 승진이 좌절되자 그녀들은 없애기 위하여 일부러 탈출로를 만들지만 실패하고, 저수탑에서 그녀들을 익사시키려 하지만 또 실패한다. 이때 죄수들의 실수로 감옥에 불이 나자 춘자는 다른 죄수들을 도우려다 죽고 홀로 남은 강희는 더욱 외로워진다. 이무렵 이혁과 접선된 강희는 탈출을 시도하고 가또오는 고의로 화재진화를 지연시킨 죄로 법정에 서나 무죄가 되어 죄수들의 분노를 산다. 결국 강희는 이혁의 도움으로 탈출을 하고 법정을 나오는 가또오를 처치한다. 구경온 사람들은 현장을 빠져나가는 강희를 도와주고 추적자들의 길을 막아준다.

수인번호 407호, 서강희는 조용히 과거를 회상한다. 하륜은 조선사람으로 일본 고등계형사이다. 부모의 노여움에도 불구하고 강희는 하륜을 사랑하나 하륜은 자신을 독립군이라고 속여 강희를 만주로 보내 독립군 소탕의 음모를 꾸민다. 강희는 하륜이 독립군이란 말때문에 전심을 다하지만 계략에 말려 감옥에 들어간다. 하륜은 이 사건으로 승승장구, 승진하고 관동군 장군의 딸과 결혼한 것이 되지만 강희를 염두해 두고 간수주임에게 감시를 요청한다. 폭퐁우 치는 날, 강희는 다른 여수들과 탈옥에 성공한다. 강희는 숨은 곳까지 추격한 간수와 경관들과 일대 접전을 벌이고 하륜의 결혼식장으로 온다. 남주와 강희는 하륜에게 총탄을 퍼붓고 남주는 강희를 위해 간수를 껴안고 난간으로 떨어지는 희생을 한다.

Innocent women are being kidnapped by a group of ninja and taken to a secret prison camp where they are forced to work as slave labour. Furthermore, the evil head ninja has ambitions to sell 53 of their number off to a high bidder in the Middle East. All is not lost however, for Jenny, a beautiful female ninja has been hired to infiltrate the camp and rescue Sylvia, one of the captive women there.

The idea being to see if they can be reformed before deciding if they should be executed. Their only way out of the living hell they are in is to escape....can they do it?
