A "Sixties Generation" comedy about an offbeat father-son relationship. Dad runs a Las Vegas hotel-casino and his son is a college student with a different set of moral and ethical standards. When they meet in Vegas, they immediately clash in their efforts to understand one another.

Brecha is a particularly vivid and realistic portrayal of the emotional rupture between a father recently released from jail and his 12-year-old son, following a dark family tragedy that no one has strength enough to confront. The boy's grandmother tries her level best at normalizing their lives, not counting on the father's incapacity at forgetting the past, and his son's increasingly peculiar behavior. All three of them awkwardly attempt to plug the rift, only to worsen the situation with every try, leading them slowly to the brink of a new and permanent disaster.

Tom is chasing Jerry again. In a panic, the mouse runs into the doghouse of little Tyke, the bulldog. Right next to the sleeping Tyke sleeps Spike, his father. Jerry realizes that sticking close to the boy is the best way to repel his feline tormentor, but Tom is not about to let the mouse evade him so easily.
