The wacky, jolly, hair-raising adventures of singing streetcar conductor Foxy.

To the sound of the title song being sung by a campfire, a cow and her calf are bedding down for the night. The calf is frightened by a shadow, until it's revealed to be a jackrabbit. He follows the rabbit deep into the woods, but neither of them notices the wolf following until it's too late for the calf. The calf is trapped in a niche under some rocks, which the wolf quickly digs out. The wolf is closing in on the calf when the rabbit tries to distract him, to no avail.

Breathtaking in its subtle beauty, Harvest is an achingly romantic tale of an innocent but ever increasingly passionate affair that develops between two simple farmhands. Life on a farm is all that sullen teen Marco knows- leading a perfunctory and quiet life of working, going to school and avoiding the advances of girls. However, his self-imposed solitude ends when curly-haired Jakob, rejecting the banking world for farming, arrives to train on the farm. Although initially cautious and tentative with each other, it is soon obvious that the unspoken sexual tension is becoming increasingly hard to resist - something a spontaneous trip to Berlin. Proving that true love can blossom in even the most unlikely of places, Harvest is as rich and rewarding as it is heart-warming.

칠레 남부의 한 오염된 강에서 수천 마리의 물고기가 떼죽음을 당한 뒤, 오래전에 죽은 막달레나가 사체들 사이에서 모습을 드러낸다. 다시 돌아온 막달레나를 마주친 남편은 쓰러지고, 집을 떠났던 딸 세실리아가 아이들과 함께 돌아온다. 가족들은 막달레나의 존재에 공포와 호기심을 느낀다. 그의 귀환으로 과거가 점차 선명해지면서, 모녀는 미래를 바꿀 기회를 얻는다.

A beast at sea yearns for more.

In a secluded house in a small seaside town live four unrelated men and the woman who tends to the house and their needs. All former priests, they have been sent to this quiet exile to purge the sins of their pasts, the separation from their communities the worst form of punishment by the Church. They keep to a strict daily schedule devoid of all temptation and spontaneity, each moment a deliberate effort to atone for their wrongdoings.

장프랑수아 밀레의 <이삭 줍는 사람들>이라는 그림에서 시작해 추수가 끝난 대지에 남아 있는 농산물이나 과일들을 줍는 사람들, 개펄에서 조개를 줍는 사람들, 도시의 쓰레기통에서 주운 음식들만 먹고 살아가는 사람들, 그리고 버려진 물건들을 모아서 작품을 만드는 재활용 미술가에 이르기까지 다양한 장소에서 다양한 대상들을 수집하는 사람들의 모습들이 보여진다. 쓸모 없어 보이는 파편더미들 속에서 새로운 가치와 진실들이 발견되기도 하고, 무의미한 대상들이 놀라운 예술작품으로 변모하는 과정이 펼쳐진다. 아녜스 바르다는 마치 일기를 쓰듯이 정겹고 주관적인 형식으로 영화를 구성해 간다. 버려진 것들을 주워서 살아갈 수밖에 없는 가난한 촌부나 도시의 홈리스 등에 대한 묘사가 프랑스 사회 내부의 모순들을 간접적으로 드러내고 있다면, 재활용 미술가나 환경운동가와 같은 사람들의 목소리를 통해서는 현대 사회의 과도하고 무분별한 소비성이 비판되기도 한다.

새로운 학교에 배치된 교사 헨리는 학생들을 다루는 데 능숙하지만 과거 힘들었던 기억 때문에 정규직이 아닌 기간제 교사로서의 삶을 살아간다. 유난히 문제아들만 모여있는 학교는 교사도 학생도 서로를 포기한 암담한 상황. 그러나 때로는 엄하고 때로는 부드러운 헨리의 모습에 학생들은 조금씩 마음을 열게 된다. 더 이상 학생들에게 애정을 주지 않으려 했던 헨리 역시 왕따 메레디스와 거리에서 만난 10대 소녀 에리카로 인해 점차 변화하게 되는데…
