字廻組の組員・南は兄貴分の尾崎に生涯の忠誠を誓っていたが尾崎の言動がおかしくなった。狂いつつある尾崎に恐怖を感じた字廻は、南に尾崎を殺して死体を名古屋にあるヤクザの処理場で始末するよう命令する。悩みながら名古屋へ出発した南は、事故で尾崎を殺してしまう。ところが、途方に暮れて立ち寄った喫茶店でほんの少し目を離した間に、車中の尾崎の死体が消えてしまう。

暴力、セックス、ドラッグ、殺しが蔓延る多国籍街・歌舞伎町。その一角にあるヤクザマンションと呼ばれるビルに事務所を構える安生組の組長が、組の資金3億円と共に姿を消した。若頭・垣原は組長捜しに乗り出すが、その時既に組長はヤクザ壊滅を企む謎の手配師・ジジイによってマインドコントロールされた、靴の踵に仕込んだ鉈を武器とする泣き虫の殺し屋・イチに殺されていた。そのことを突き止めた垣原は、組長の仇を討つべく手下の高山や会長・中沢、イチに過去の自分を投影する鉄砲玉の金子、双子のサド刑事・二郎と三郎、敵対する組の船鬼や鈴木ら周囲を巻き込んでイチ捜しを開始。だが、実は究極のマゾである彼の目的は、やがてイチの無情な殺戮方法に対する興味へと移行していく。そして、遂にイチを捜し出した垣原は、イチに痛めつけられる期待に胸を膨らませるのであったが、肝腎のイチは不甲斐なく彼の期待に応えてはくれなかった。そこで、絶望した垣原は自らの耳に針を刺し自分を痛めつけると、イチに倒される妄想を見ながら投身自殺するのであった。

Financially troubled, a newbie hitman reluctantly takes the job of finding the plotted killer of a Japanese tycoon.

A Yakuza underling is given the assignment to rid an apartment of its tenants within a week. He tries a variety of desperate tactics to no avail. Soon his problems get worse as an evil spirit makes its presence known.

A young girl named Oichi is abandoned by her mother and blinded by a lightning strike. When her guardian is killed, she learns to wield a sword from a traveling ronin. As she develops into a master swordsman, her profession becomes that of a bounty hunter. Many test her sword and many die by her skills. She travels throughout the countryside to seek her mother and her revenge.

Tokyo, 1934.
